These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this platform. By
creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of Service
This platform lets you create and run your own online store, including product or
service listings, orders/bookings, and customer management tools.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for
all activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to paid features requires an active subscription, billed at the price shown
on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each
billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand, and are charged through Razorpay using the payment method you provide.
4. Free Trial
Where offered, a free trial gives temporary access to paid features. We may end or
modify trial offers at any time.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund amounts already
charged (see our Refund Policy).
6. Your Responsibility for Your Store
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of everything you list or
sell through your store, including compliance with applicable laws. Additional
terms specific to running your store are set out in our Seller Agreement.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to infringe others'
intellectual property, or to disrupt or abuse the platform's systems.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform's software, design, and branding are our property. Content you upload
to your own store (products, images, text) remains yours.
9. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are
not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use
of the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Seller
Agreement, or that are used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gujarat having
jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after
an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
