What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before your slot. Rescheduling is always free with at least 2 hours notice.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We prioritize booked appointments, but walk-ins are welcome if a slot happens to be open - booking ahead guarantees your preferred time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay online at booking via Razorpay, or choose "pay at venue" for cash/card on arrival.
What hygiene and safety measures do you follow?
