Seller Agreement
By creating a store on this platform, you confirm and agree that:
1. Right to Sell
You own, or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and legal rights for,
every product and service you list, including the right to use any brand names,
trademarks, logos, or product images associated with them. You will not list
counterfeit goods or goods you are not authorized to distribute or resell.
2. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the legality of everything sold or advertised through
your store, including compliance with applicable consumer protection, trademark,
copyright, and product safety laws in the jurisdictions you sell into.
3. Platform Role
This platform provides the software and hosting that powers your store. It does not
select, inspect, or take ownership of your product listings, and is not a party to
any sale between you and your customers.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold this platform harmless from any claim, loss, or
damages (including legal fees) arising from your listings, including claims that a
listing infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
5. Enforcement
If we receive a credible complaint that your store is selling counterfeit goods or
infringing someone's intellectual property rights, we may remove the listing,
suspend, or terminate your store while we review the matter, without prior notice
in serious cases.
6. Changes
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continuing to operate your store
after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
