Partner Agreement
This Partner Agreement governs your participation in the referral program of this platform
("the Program"). By registering as a Partner, or by enrolling an existing store into the
Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. How the Program Works
You'll receive a unique referral link. When someone registers a new store through your link
and completes their first paid subscription, you earn a flat referral payout at the rate
published on the Partners page at the time of that referral.
2. Payout Timing
A payout is held for a review period (shown on your dashboard) after the qualifying
subscription payment before it becomes eligible for release. This review period exists to
let us check for fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity before funds are disbursed -
it is not a guarantee that a payout will be released at the end of it.
3. Fraud and Abuse - Our Rights
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withhold, delay, reverse, or permanently
deny any payout, and to suspend or terminate your Partner account without notice, if we
find or reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unusual activity connected to your
referrals - including but not limited to self-referral, referring accounts you control or
are affiliated with, fake or duplicate registrations, or any attempt to manipulate or game
the Program. Our determination of what constitutes such activity is final.
4. Your Responsibility and Liability
You are solely responsible for how you promote your referral link, including compliance
with applicable laws (such as anti-spam, advertising, and data protection laws) and any
third-party platform's terms of service you use to share it. You agree that you are solely
liable for any claim, loss, damages, or legal action arising from your own promotional
conduct, and you agree to indemnify and hold this platform harmless from any such claim.
This Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between
you and this platform.
5. Taxes
Any payout you receive may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely
responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on payouts you receive.
6. No Guarantee
Referral payouts are not guaranteed. We may change the payout amount, review period, or
end the Program at any time; changes apply to referrals made after the change, not
retroactively to a payout already earned and held under the terms in effect when it was
earned.
7. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continuing to participate in the Program
after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
